  • Includes rectangular or high top cocktail tables (high top tables don't have seating) *Round tables available for $6 per table, not recommended for events over 60 people

  • White Folding Chairs (metal & plastic)

    *upgrade to wood cushioned garden chairs  for $3.50 per chair

  • Linen for Tables (7 color options)

  • 1 dessert table & 1 Gift Table

  • Includes setup and breakdown of tables & chairs

  • Customizable Greeting Sign (large A-frame sign to put out front to welcome your guests, created using Canva)

  • Food or Bar Menu Sign (handwritten sign to let guests know your menu)

  • On site parking (40 parking spaces for 6 hours, available weekdays after 4:30pm and weekends 8am - 10pm)

  • Coffee, Tea & Water station

  •  Event Staff Member/s (1-2 Staff members on site to lend a helping hand during event.  (staff available for up to 8hrs included. You can add additional hours if needed, price varies)

  • Basic Cleanup (We take care of taking out the trash, wiping counters and mopping floors)

     *additional cleaning options available

  • Includes insurance & licensing (we take care of the event insurance & any self serve alcohol licensing)

During our peak season, package prices increase by $400
