Venue Policies

CANCELLATION:

If you cancel your event, all payments made prior to the cancellation are non-refundable. Please note the following:

  • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the event date and before the final payment is due. If final payment is made before cancellation, payment is non-refundable.

  • Impact of Cancellation: As dates are often booked months in advance, cancellations can result in a loss of potential bookings. The non-refundable deposit helps mitigate this income loss for our Venue.

Credit for Cancellations

While booking deposits are non-refundable, they are not lost. The amount will be kept on file under the name of the financially responsible person as a ‘credit.’ This credit can be used for any future event (such as a party, baby shower, bridal shower, or family gathering) and will be valid for up to 12 months from the cancellation date.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION FEES

We are happy to assist you with rescheduling your event if unforeseen changes arise. Here are the guidelines:

  • 60 Days or More Before Event: You can reschedule without a fee.

  • 30+ Days Before Event: A rescheduling fee of $200 will apply.

  • 15+ Days Before Event: A rescheduling fee of $300 will apply.

  • 14 Days or Less: A rescheduling fee of $300 will apply.

  • Higher-Priced Dates: If you reschedule to a date with a higher rental price, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

​If inclement weather or a natural disaster occurs that hinders access to our venue location (such as hazardous conditions declared by the county or city that prevent access to the venue itself), you will have the option to reschedule your event at no additional cost or related fees. This provision applies only if access to the venue is impacted, not if travel from your location is affected.
