

Venue Policies
RESCHEDULING POLICY:
We understand that unexpected changes can arise, and we are happy to assist with rescheduling your event. Please review the following guidelines:
GENERAL TERMS:
If you need to reschedule, all payments made prior to rescheduling (including deposits) are non-refundable. Please note that event pricing for reschedules or cancellations does not include taxes or service fees.
Any amount paid will be kept on file as a credit under the name of the financially responsible person, and can be used for future events (such as parties, baby showers, bridal showers, or family gatherings). The credit will be valid for up to 12 months from the rescheduling or cancellation date.
RESCHEDULING DEADLINES & FEES:
60+ Days Before Event: You may reschedule without any fee.
30+ Days Before Event: A rescheduling fee of $200 will apply.
15+ Days Before Event: A rescheduling fee of $300 will apply.
14 Days or Less: A rescheduling fee of $300 will apply.
Higher-Priced Dates: If you reschedule to a date with a higher rental price, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
Impact of Rescheduling: Dates are often booked months in advance, and rescheduling may impact our ability to rebook the original date. The non-refundable deposit helps mitigate any loss of income for our venue.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
​If inclement weather or a natural disaster occurs that hinders access to our venue location (such as hazardous conditions declared by the county or city that prevent access to the venue itself), you will have the option to reschedule your event at no additional cost or related fees. This provision applies only if access to the venue is impacted, not if travel from your location is affected.
