Venue Policies

RESCHEDULING POLICY:
We understand that unexpected changes can arise, and we are happy to assist with rescheduling your event. Please review the following guidelines:

GENERAL TERMS:
If you need to reschedule, all payments made prior to rescheduling (including deposits) are non-refundable. Please note that event pricing for reschedules or cancellations does not include taxes or service fees.
Any amount paid will be kept on file as a credit under the name of the financially responsible person, and can be used for future events (such as parties, baby showers, bridal showers, or family gatherings). The credit will be valid for up to 12 months from the rescheduling or cancellation date.


RESCHEDULING DEADLINES & FEES:
60+ Days Before Event: A rescheduling fee of $100 will apply.
30–59 Days Before Event: A rescheduling fee of $200 will apply.
15–29 Days Before Event: A rescheduling fee of $400 will apply.
3–14 Days Before Event: A rescheduling fee of $600 will apply.
Within 48 Hours of Event: A rescheduling fee of $800 will apply and is subject to venue approval and availability.
Higher-Priced Dates: If you reschedule to a date with a higher rental price, you will be responsible for paying the difference in cost.

IMPACT OF RESCHEDULING:
Our venue dates are often booked months in advance. Rescheduling may affect our ability to rebook the original date; therefore, all prior payments are non-refundable but remain on file as credit. Credits are valid for 12 months and may be applied to future events.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
If inclement weather or a natural disaster occurs that prevents access to the venue (such as hazardous conditions officially declared by the county or city), you may reschedule at no additional cost or fees.
This applies only when access to the venue itself is directly affected, not when travel from your personal location is impacted.

FAILURE TO SUBMIT REQUIRED PAYMENTS OR DOCUMENTS:
If an event must be canceled due to non-payment or failure to purchase and submit required documents (such as event insurance, proof of identification, or other requirements listed) within the specified timeframe, the following will apply:
50% of all payments made will be deducted as a non-refundable fee.
The remaining 50% will be retained as a credit, which may be used toward a future event within 12 months of the original cancellation date.
Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and current pricing at the time of rebooking.
