Deposits and Fees

50% of rental fee is required to reserve your event date(s).
Full deposit is returned if canceled over 6 months in advance, half of deposit is returned if canceled over 3 months in advance.

 Remaining amount must be paid in full 30 days before the event.

Cleaning & Damage Deposit

Deposit is equal to 50% of your event price. This will be returned in full no later than 7 days after your event as long as; there was no damage to venue or venues belongings, all of guest’s décor and belongings are removed and all additional cleaning is done.

 Basic cleaning of sweeping, mopping, wiping counters and taking out trash from trash cans is included in prices.
