Only available Mon-Thurs  $75/hr

Great for business meetings, conferences, educational events or small parties.  This area is 800 square feet and we will close the double doors and the bathroom is included.  There is a large area to use for buffet, drinks or desserts.

•  Tables & chairs not included, we do offer rental items or you can bring your own.

• Rental times include guest setup and breakdown times.

• Event Renters are responsible for light cleaning after their event. Details will be given.

• We offer setup, breakdown, cleaning and decorating services at an additional cost. If you choose this option it will not intrude on your rental time.
