Main Venue
Discover our 1,600 square foot event venue, available to rent on its own or customized with a unique package tailored to your event needs. We offer a variety of optional services and rental items including tables, chairs, linens, event décor setup, photo backdrops, and more, allowing you to create a celebration that feels uniquely yours.
Our main venue features two large restrooms and is ideal for weddings, fundraisers, awards nights, corporate functions, birthdays and many other special gatherings. The space comfortably accommodates up to 80 seated guests or up to 100 guests with a mix of seated and standing arrangements.
Ask us about our lower level, which includes our newly remodeled bridal suite. This space can also be utilized beyond a bridal suite, such as a kids’ zone, an adult lounge, or simply additional event space to better support your layout and flow. The lower level offers an additional 800 square feet, an extra restroom, and a prep area with a full size refrigerator. This option is available as an add on to the main venue but is not required.

Front Room Venue Rental
Our Front Room Only rental option is a great budget-friendly choice for smaller gatherings while still offering the beautiful charm and amenities of Uniquely You Event Venue. This option is available Sunday through Friday (not available on Saturdays) and provides approximately 800 square feet of private event space.
The front room comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests and includes access to a private designated restroom, our tiled buffet area for food and beverage service, and a large front window space that can be utilized for décor, gift displays, dessert tables, beverage stations, or additional event setup.
This space is perfect for smaller celebrations, intimate gatherings, business meetings, workshops, showers, birthdays, and other special events while providing a more affordable rental option without sacrificing style or convenience.
The Loft Studio
(Designed for Workshops, Pop-Ups & Classes)
Our Loft Studio
is a versatile 700 square foot creative space located on Main Street in Downtown Vancouver, designed for small business events, educational classes, workshops, pop-ups, and community gatherings. Available for rental on Sundays and Mondays, this intimate downtown space offers entrepreneurs and creators a flexible opportunity to host events, grow their brand, and connect with the community in a professional yet creative setting.
The Loft Studio is ideal for business education classes, networking events, craft workshops, sip and paint classes, wellness events, photography sessions, vendor pop-up shops, and small curated pop-up markets. The space comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests at one time, depending on the style and setup of your event.
